This weekend saw coaches Hayley and Ian take a group of 6 competitors across to Hereford for the Hereford Open; a great competition for first time competitors, white belts and juniors to gain valuable competition experience.
On the day we gained much experience with our 6 competitors having 21 matches between them and coming out on top with some great results with 1 Gold and 2 Bronze Medals.
Congratulations to Kamil for taking Gold in the 14/15 Years +65kg Grey Belt division and Ian/Alex who both took bronze in the White Belt 88kg and 82kg divisions respectively.
