TECHNIQUE FIRST
Clear, practical instruction designed to help you understand why techniques work, not simply memorise movements.
Total Grappling brings together experienced coaches from across grappling, wrestling and martial arts to create a place where anyone can learn, improve and enjoy training.
Total Grappling is a martial arts and grappling academy based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
Our coaching team brings together experience from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, submission grappling and martial arts, giving our members access to a broad range of knowledge under one roof.
Whether you're stepping onto the mats for the first time, looking for a new way to stay active, or want to take your grappling further, you'll find experienced coaches and a supportive team ready to help.
Good coaching isn't about making training complicated. It's about giving people the tools, confidence and environment they need to keep progressing.
Clear, practical instruction designed to help you understand why techniques work, not simply memorise movements.
Everybody has something to learn and something to offer. Better training partners create better martial artists.
Training should challenge you without making you feel like you have something to prove every time you step on the mats.
Whether your goal is competition, fitness, confidence or simply learning something new, progress is the objective.
Our instructors bring different backgrounds, experience and approaches to training, giving Total Grappling a coaching team with real depth.
