Better movement
Develop balance, coordination and the ability to move efficiently through fast-changing positions.
Move without limits
Fast, adaptable grappling built around wrestling, positional control and submissions—without relying on the grips of the gi.
A faster form of grappling
No-Gi grappling removes the traditional jacket and trousers, so control comes from body position, connection and movement rather than gripping clothing. The result is a fluid style with strong links to wrestling and submission grappling.
You will learn to close distance safely, bring the action to the mat, stay in control through transitions and finish with precise submissions. Every technique is developed against progressive resistance.
Move with intent. Connect under pressure. Finish with control.

Questions answered
Gi training allows grips on the jacket and trousers. No-Gi uses fitted sportswear and relies more on direct body control, wrestling-style connections and faster transitions. Both share the same core grappling principles.
Yes. Beginners are taught the essential positions, safety habits and movements before intensity is added. Let the coach know it is your first session.
A fitted sports T-shirt is suitable for an initial trial. If you continue training, a proper rashguard is more comfortable and durable.
No-Gi develops useful skills in balance, clinching, takedowns, positional control and escapes. Training is sport-focused, but many of the physical skills are broadly applicable.
